As a teacher and yoga therapist, I am there with students every step of the way from learning yoga for the first time to maintaining a practice that supports increasing strength and flexibility as well as cultivating peace and focus for living well in a stimulating world on the go. At Blessings Yoga, students learn to connect with their body and breath in an experiential exploration that leads to growth, expansion and a greater connection to body and self.
