Yoga for the Spirit

Restorative and Meditative
Small-Group Class

Thursdays, 6-7 p.m.

This class includes gentle movement, restorative poses and connecting breath with movement for a meditative practice. In addition, the class movement is combined with breathing techniques, meditation and visualization to revitalize the spirit.

Restorative Yoga

Gentle yoga allows the body to rest and restore to its natural state of balance while revitalizing energy. Adding meditation moves the mind into a quiet space. The combination of the two brings the mind, body, and spirit into balance.
