Saturdays, 9-10 a.m.
Cost: $15 per class

Connect breath with movement in an invigorating Vinyasa Flow Class that combines sun salutation variations and asana sequences that build strength and flexibility, attention and focus, and ultimate relaxation. Class begins and ends with a meditative practice. Attend class regularly to progress gradually over time and see results for changes in strength and flexibility.

Yoga Breath

In Vinyasa Flow classes, we connect breath and movement for an energizing and invigorating practice. Breathing during yoga helps facilitate the movement of the body and the flow of energy, or prana, in the system.
