Why the Gratitude Blossoms Club?

I'm Sarah D. Beaudry, your community host and owner of Blessings Yoga, where I live my joy for teaching and Yoga everyday. 

Creating the Gratitude Blossoms Club allows me to continuously serve my students with accessible learning options that complement in-person classes. In online classes, I focus on breathing, mantra, and meditation. Together, we'll explore mindful living, appreciation, and wonder.
