Our first one-on-one session is a relaxed, supportive starting point designed to get to know you and your goals:

  • We'll meet to talk about your goals and how a personalized Yoga practice can support you.
  • This session will include a strength and flexibility discovery, a review of current or past injuries, and health concerns.
  • After we meet, I will prepare a customized Yoga plan specifically for you to commence in your weekly follow-up classes.

Continue Learning

After your assessment we'll dig into One-on-One Yoga during consecutive weekly classes for your choice of 4 or 8 sessions.

  • I will guide you as you steadily progress and we co-create a Yoga practice that supports your goals and lifestyle. 
  • Each new class includes checking in, a review of your practice, feedback, and adjustments based on your progress. 
  • I will provide you with an updated practice based on your feedback and any adjustments needed.  

Integrate Your Practice

Together, we’ll create a simple, personalized yoga practice you can carry into your daily life:

  • We'll talk about the best time of day and the ideal length of time you can devote to a daily practice. 
  • Your customized practice will include select tools of Yoga depending on your personal needs. 
  • Yoga postures, breathing, sound, and visualization will be provided in carefully chosen ways to help you meet your goals and support you on your healing path.
