Participants learn exercises that balance and encourage steadiness and self-control in all areas of life. Itβs interesting that many still believe yoga is woo-woo. The good news is that that is so far from the truth. The even better news is that participants gain and receive up-to-date, valuable, practical instruction that can turn your life around when used. Ongoing participation will enhance the benefits.
