The Many Shapes of Yoga for Two
Join us to explore Yoga together with a friend, mate, co-worker, child, or sibling. You'll have fun while encouraging each other to learn and grow. Over several weeks of consecutive Yoga classes, you'll experience a step-by-step progression tailored to your needs. We'll move at YOUR pace, focusing on breath and movement sequences that meet both of you where you are. Whether you're beginners or experienced practitioners, this shared journey will enhance your connection and deepen your practice.

Our first duos session is a relaxed, supportive starting point designed to get to know you and your duos partner:
- We'll talk about why you the two of you are interested in trying Yoga together as well as your goals.
- Then we will start with breath and movement for a postural assessment, strength and flexibility discovery, and review of current or past injuries.
- After we meet, I will prepare a customized plan to commence in our weekly sessions together.
Continue Learning
After your assessment we'll dig into classes for your choice of 4 or 8 sessions in a series of personalized classes for two.
- I will guide you as you steadily progress, and we co-create a Yoga practice that supports the goals and health needs of each participant.
- Your individual needs will be different, and I will create practice that includes modifications for each participant.
- Each week's class includes checking in, review of your practice, and adjustments based on your feedback.
Integrate Your Practice
Together, we’ll create personalized yoga practices you can carry into your daily lives.
- Your Yoga Journey includes customized Yoga practices that you can both do at home.
- Your customized practices will include select tools of Yoga and may vary depending on your personal needs.
- Yoga postures, breathing, sound, and visualization will be provided in carefully chosen ways to help you meet your goals and support you on your healing path.
