Online Classes: Sarah D. Beaudry teaches Meditation and Movement classes for people, families, and caretakers living with Parkinson's Disease in partnership with the Parkinson's Support Group in Green Valley.

For Veterans and First Responders
Wednesdays | 5:45 – 6:45 p.m. | Free of Charge

Participants learn exercises to balance and be balanced in all areas of life. It’s interesting that many still believe yoga is woo-woo. The good news is that that is so far from the truth. The even better news is that participants gain and receive up-to-date, valuable, practical instruction that can turn your life around when used. Ongoing participation will enhance the benefits.
