Sit Back, Relax, and Enjoy this Short Audio Meditation

Find a comfortable seat or lie down, allowing your body to relax. Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in… then slowly exhale. Feel the weight of your body settling, grounding into this moment.

Notice the waves on the surface—thoughts, emotions, the busyness of the day. Watch as they rise and fall, always moving, always changing. There’s no need to control them. Just observe. Like the ocean, your mind is fluid, ever-shifting, never stuck.

Now, bring your awareness deeper. Beneath the waves, beyond the currents, there is stillness. A quiet, steady presence. Feel yourself resting here, in the calm below the surface. Here, there is no urgency, no grasping—just peaceful being.

If thoughts arise, let them drift like seafoam on the water. If emotions stir, imagine them as waves that come and go. You are not the waves; you are the ocean itself—vast, deep, and steady.

Take a few more slow, easy breaths, soaking in this sense of spaciousness. When you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to the present moment. Wiggle your fingers and toes, and when it feels right, open your eyes.

Carry this ocean mind with you—flowing with life’s waves while staying connected to the deep calm within.
