Meditation and Movement
Join Meditation and Movement classes designed for individuals, families, and caregivers living with Parkinson’s. This supportive online space — hosted in collaboration with the Green Valley Parkinson’s Support Group — provides gentle, guided movement and calming meditation techniques aimed at easing stress, increasing mobility, and fostering a sense of connection and peace.
When: Saturdays, 9:00–9:30 a.m.
